My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location offered some fun activities like mini golf and a basketball court, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness of the room was a major letdown, as I found bugs and yellow water in the showers. While the staff at organized activities were enthusiastic, the service at the front desk wasn't very accommodating. Overall, it felt like there were missing elements that could have made my experience much better.
